Run The Whole Shop. From One Screen.
Dispatch, invoicing, payments, price book, inventory, memberships, two-way texting, call tracking, and a marketing hub that answers your reviews for you. I built it for my own garage door company because the software I was paying for cost more than my truck payment.
If you’d rather just watch it.
One minute, no demo call, nobody asking for your phone number first. Turn the sound on.
Why Your Software Costs More
Than Your Truck Payment
The big platforms price per tech, per month. Add a guy, pay more. Have a slow February, pay the same. Want the marketing tools — that’s another line item. Want call tracking — another one. By the time it does what the demo showed you, you’re in for more per month than a truck note, and you signed a year to get there.
Then there’s the other end: the $40 app that does scheduling and nothing else. So you bolt on a second thing for invoices, a third for texting, a fourth for reviews. Now your customer’s phone number lives in four places and none of them agree.
Neither one is built for a shop with three trucks that wants a fourth.
Everything The Office Does.
Everything The Truck Does.
Dispatch & Schedule
Drag-and-drop board, per-tech schedules, shifts and time off, arrival windows, live tech location, and automatic “on my way” texts when they leave the last job.
Estimates & Invoices
Good / better / best on one estimate, approved from the customer’s phone. Automatic follow-up on anything unsold. Invoices, partial payments, voids that reopen correctly.
Payments
Card in the driveway, tap to pay, card on file, pay-by-link, receipt by text. Runs through your Square account at your rate. We take nothing.
Customers & History
Every job, invoice, photo, signature, text and recorded call on one customer screen — plus the equipment you installed, so the tech knows the door and opener before he knocks.
Price Book
Categories, packages, vendor costs, member pricing that applies itself, and a switch that hides your cost from the techs.
Inventory
Real FIFO layer costing, not average cost. Truck counts, shop pickups, purchase orders, vendor receipts, variance, low-stock alerts.
Memberships
Plan templates per trade, recurring billing off card on file, renewal reminders, member pricing applied at the line item.
Phones & AI
Tracking numbers per source, recording, AI call summaries — and an AI receptionist that answers the phone after hours or all day, qualifies the caller, and books the job herself.
Automatic Booking
The AI reads your real shift board — who’s on, who’s off, who’s already stacked — so it only offers windows you can actually staff. It writes the job, assigns the lightest-loaded tech, and texts the customer their arrival window and job number. You also get a booking link customers self-schedule on; those land in a queue you approve with one click.
Marketing Hub
Every lead source in one inbox. Speed-to-lead auto-response, review requests after every job, AI-drafted review replies, Google Business Profile posting, ROI by source.
Back Office
Payroll and commissions, timesheets, custom forms and inspection reports, reporting, activity log, roles and permissions.
QuickBooks Online
A real connection, not a spreadsheet you re-key. The second a card clears, the invoice pushes itself — itemized lines, the customer, partial payments, voids, credit memos, and the right tax code on every line. Pull your existing QuickBooks customers and invoice history in on day one. Off until you switch it on, and only the owner can.
Same Work.
A Third Of The Bill.
I paid for these. That’s not a figure of speech — I ran a garage door company on this software and wrote the checks. Here is what the other guys list on their own pricing pages, next to what you pay here. Every number below is off their public page, checked August 14, 2026.

Prices from servicetitan.com/pricing, housecallpro.com/pricing and getjobber.com/pricing, read on August 14, 2026. Monthly-billed rates shown; all three go cheaper if you prepay a year. Seat counts and add-on availability change — go check them yourself, I’d rather you did. ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and Jobber are trademarks of their owners and have nothing to do with us.
Everything is in the box
The trap in this industry isn’t the sticker price, it’s the third add-on. You sign up at $79, then you need call tracking, then the AI, then a fifth seat, and you’re at four hundred dollars a month wondering how you got there. There is one ServiceBuilt. Everything on this page is in it.
You keep your own processing
Payments run through your Square or Stripe account at your negotiated rate. We never touch the money and we take nothing off the top. On a shop doing $80,000 a month in card volume, a third of a point is $267 — more than the software.
It’s built by somebody who gets the call
I’m not a product manager. I own Direct Service Garage Doors in Little Rock, my techs run this every day, and when something breaks on a Saturday it breaks on me first. That’s the whole reason the inventory does real FIFO costing and the dispatch board works the way a dispatcher actually thinks.
Priced Per Shop.
Never Per Tech.
Hiring your fourth technician costs you nothing here. That is the whole difference.

The price goes to $448 a month and stays there.
I’m not running this again next quarter with a different number. 15 shops get $99 for as long as they keep the account, because those 15 are the ones telling me what to fix while it’s still cheap to fix it. After that, Powerhouse is $448 — which is still less than what most shops pay now, but it’s not $99. There’s no waitlist and no “we made an exception.”
That’s $4,188 a year, every year you stay, for signing up this week instead of next month.
We Don’t Sell Theory.
We Sell The Software Running My Own Shop.
Most field service platforms are built by people who have never stood under a broken door at 9pm explaining a torsion spring to a homeowner in a bathrobe. I’m not. I run a real home service company — and every screen in here exists because something in my shop was broken and I got tired of the workaround.
Direct Service Garage Doors runs on this. Not a demo tenant — the real one. If it breaks, it breaks on me first.
The Same System.
In Their Hand.
Your techs don’t log into a different product. It’s one system — what they do in the driveway is on your dispatch board before they’re back in the truck.
- Today’s work, in order. Every job, address, arrival window and note, without calling the office.
- Estimates in the driveway. Good / better / best, approved on the customer’s own phone.
- Take the card on site. Tap to pay, receipt by text, straight into your Square account.
- Photos and signatures attached to the job, not lost in somebody’s camera roll.
- Price book on the phone, with your cost hidden if you want it hidden.
- Clock in, clock out. Timesheets build themselves.
Software Questions
We Get Asked.
How does the $99 work, exactly?
It is the Powerhouse tier — the whole platform — at $99 a month instead of $448. The price is locked to your account for as long as you keep it. Month to month; cancel any time.
What happens when the 15 spots are gone?
The price returns to $448 a month for Powerhouse and $149 for Workhorse. The founding price is not offered again.
Do I need a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel any time.
What does it cost to add a technician?
Nothing. Pricing is per shop, not per person. Hiring your fourth tech costs you nothing.
How long does setup take?
Days, not weeks. If you are coming off another platform we import your customers, jobs and price book. Travis does the import himself for founding shops.
Do you take a cut of my card payments?
No. Card processing runs through your own Square account at your own rate. We never touch it.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Export any time. If you leave, you leave with everything.
What if something breaks?
You text Travis. Not a ticket queue — that is the actual difference at fifteen customers, and it is a promise that only works because it is fifteen.
Ready To Stop
Paying Per Tech?
15 shops. $99 a month, locked for life. When they’re gone, they’re gone — the price doesn’t come back.
Both apps are in store review right now. Everything on this page works today in a browser — laptop, tablet or phone — and every founding shop gets the download links the day they clear.
